#why limit the magnificence of human experience

my bohemian ass woke up at noon on a friday so I'm not firing on all cylinders yet, but there is this important distinction in the novel, The Phantom of the Opera, and the musical The Phantom of the Opera. I understand why a novel length distinction is cut for time and narrative tidiness for a medium that happens on stage, but I think people draw some very unfair, unflattering and incorrect conclusions from the stage that they port into their reading of the novel.
that is: Erik, the phantom of the opera, knows about Christine and Raoul's engagement and he's actually totally cool with Christine's plan. This is not incel behavior. This is not ~toxic masculinity~ or whatever contemporary bullshit you want to spew on the intentionally sympathetic monster in gothic literature. Raoul is supposed to leave on a naval expedition to the north pole. Christine's plan is to be engaged with him until he leaves. "This is a happiness that will hurt no one," she says. I don't have the exact quote for it but later on she relates how Erik knows and approves, at least of this intended to be limited engagement engagement. Why? Because he's the happiest of men with Christine, and he wants Raoul to experience that happiness. He does also expect Raoul to, you know, fucking leave when he's supposed to, but still. Christine and Raoul are romping around the Opera, kissing and crying together, and our ghost dude here is just like: good for them.
What sets him off is not the idea of a romantic rival. He does not, imo, feel "entitled" to Christine's love or whatever batshit nonsense the Erik-as-incel narrative huffs like paint fumes. What sets Erik off is how Christine has lied to him: not about the engagement, but about the degree of visceral disgust she feels for Erik specifically as a result of his deformity. She details, in graphic detail, how she closes her eyes instead of looking upon him, how she tells him that she only averts her eyes because she is in awe of his genius. She tells Raoul how horrible even physical proximity to Erik is, how grotesque his face is, how the horror of an animated corpse proclaiming his love to her is--well, horrible, and horrifying. Erik is on the floor, on his knees, kissing the hem of her dress, and Christine has her eyes closed the whole time.
I also think contemporary audiences can't handle that. They need Christine to be a pure and wholesome Good Girl (regressive bullshit), who is the victim of an evil evil man, and only the victim (also regressive bullshit). But also because she is a female character in the contemporary mind, she is allowed no flaws. She must reject Erik because he is a bad man. It would be ableist otherwise, yes? And the contemporary audience cannot handle lack of physical beauty being the reason. There can be no nuance to Christine's reactions. She is Good. Erik is Bad. That's all there is to it. The audience member is so sure that they themselves are above moral reproach, too. That's what is at stake here, also.
Never mind that Christine herself, repeatedly, notes that Erik is right when he says that if she thought he was handsome, she would stay. Never mind that when Raoul asks her if she would still love him if Erik were handsome, Christine declines to reply.
To be clear: this is not a Christine bashing post. I think her complexity here is fascinating. I hate a flat one note ingénue and that's not what she IS, and it pains me that fic authors write her that way, as if it's superior. No! Here she's human and she's magnificent! She's conflicted! Erik is alluring but also in ways that are no fault of his own, terrifying.
We gloss over the intended body horror of the novel. I know I do. I forget that he smells like rot and death, that he's cold and clammy to the touch, that he moans like a ghoul, that is supposed to have a gaping nose hole and eyes you can only see in the dark.
I don't think Christine is wrong to lie. But it's easy to understand, if you let yourself, how betrayed the monster might feel when he finds out about all this concealed disgust.
So, two points here
The rage upon being unmasked isn't just because he's unmasked and she broke a rule or whatever. It's the death of his whole gambit and his last hope, and Erik is, canonically, very smart. He knows this. He knows his face IS the issue. He knows it is THE issue. He reads Christine correctly in that the Angel of Music bit is ultimately forgivable in her eyes, and she likes that he brought down her favorite horse, she absolutely is there for their shared spiritual musical raptures. I want people to understand this: ERIK IS RIGHT about his own situation, a LOT of the time. He comes to some bad conclusions after, but in terms of understanding what's happening around him, he's accurate.
And so the rage and despair post Apollo's Lyre isn't "oh no, she loves Raoul," or even "how dare she, that SLUT," as some people make it out to be. It's the realization that he's been a monster to her this whole time. All this time he thought that she saw him as a man, and she has not. All the presumably good memories he has of her and her two weeks she lived with him are now revealed as lies. She's been enduring this whole time, not acclimating. She feels horror. She feels, again, disgust. She's shuddered at the touch of his hand in hers and put on a brave face and he's believed her up until this point, and he's having his physical inadequacies and his uncharacteristic naiveté described in excruciating detail to his romantic rival. He probably feels real fuckin stupid, on top of all else. He's been duped. He also feels disgusting and unlovable, because Christine has just repeatedly described him as disgusting and unlovable.
It is, of course, wildly incorrect to then decide to blow up an opera house about it.
But it's not entitled incel behavior and that's such a boring and contemporary narrative to shove a beautiful example of gothic literature into. Intellectually lazy and artistically myopic. I think most of us, if we're honest with ourselves, can think of a time we thought somebody liked us--maybe romantically or sexually but also maybe not, maybe just as a friend, as a bestie--and we turned out to be very wrong, because the person was just being polite or avoiding awkwardness or whatever. That is: they lied, in a very understandable and justifiable and socially expected way. And how did that feel, dear reader? Not great, right?
The point of the phantom of the opera is that it's a bunch of normal human experiences turned up to the max, dialed into a sublime hum that goes so hard it turns inhuman and terrible. It's that what makes a monster, what makes a man line, which is only interesting to walk if it's identifiably very human in parts. So Erik isn't just romantically rejected: he is rejected in just about EVERY way possible, besides his divinity of music. And this is supposed to the story of his entire life, over and over again, just most vividly and poignantly illustrated by his failure with Christine, when he most desperately wants to be just like everybody else.
And I think it's a shame to lose that very basic narrative and thematic point, but also a shame to lose the nuance of: Erik wants to share his happiness with Raoul. He loves Christine so, so much that he seems to find Raoul's lovesick desire very relatable. Of course, who wouldn't allow his fellow man a glimpse of heaven? And I just chose my words carefully there, if not the rest of the post. In his approval of Christine and Raoul's playful engagement, Erik is briefly engaging on a man-to-man level. He feels human about it. And when he feels human and accepted as human, instead of a walking horror show, he's immediately kind of gracious.
It's when he finds out that he's been a monster and not a man this whole time, in the eyes of his beloved and his rival, that he seems to go: I'll show you what a monster is.
#long post#poto#poto meta#gaston leroux#no proofreading we die like men#my personal belief is that you are absolutely allowed to tell a bunch of socially comfortable lies to get the hell out of dodge#when I'm like “so Christine lied” my intended undercurrent is AND GOOD FOR HER. GOOD JOB.#but also#my personal belief is also that he (erik) (the phantom) (whatever) is still very fuckable despite literally everything#text

Finally watched TADC episode 3 and here are my major thoughts + theories
Zooble has some form of control over Caine and just doesn't realise it. I'm pretty sure most people got this but when they told Caine to just forget it. He did. Even she didn't realise this. I really hope this gets brought up soon bc omg. OMG
Also on Zooble, i think SHE was the hacker, not Jax [as a popular fan theory said b4]. She might've hacked the game to pick and mix as she wanted, might explain why she's able to 'hide' from caine for quite a while and skip the adventures. She could irl, but even her talents has limits [implied by Caine , and the game itself, catching her in the end]. She then got stuck in the game and got a pick and mix body.
Caine, honestly? me when i was younger and was at the start of my gifted kid burnout state. wanted to die, the world around me felt like in was dying and glitching and crumbling too. The machine failing at the thing it was literally made for oughhh. spicy and the way his 'emotions' directly affected the world oughh. his emotions or system failure? if joy not found, uhh uhmmmm. But was his bad memory bc of zoobles hacking and her making him forget things unknowlingly? or, im guessing that shes supposed to be the 2nd newest, because the others are used to caine's forgetfulness its.hm.
WAIT IF CAINE THINKS HE/IT FAILED AT PROVIDING A GOOD USER EXPERIENCE WOULD THE SYSTEM CRASH AND EVERYONE GETS BOOTED OUT WAIT!!!!!!!
Jax still a bitch, i knew my ep1 hating was right >:)
the other girlies having fun was so sweet, i wonder if the ghost wife knew what happened to her husband. then again its implies caine makes the stories up as he goes so. she mightve just despawned after the adventure, as the rest of the npcs and the 'hell' and whatver. hopefully, if they do meet in that adventure again ragatha's + other meetup will be stored in memory [ a save file perhaps?] and they can continue from there.
would yall call me cringe if i called in-the-dark kinger a hear me out...
kinger and pomni were so sweet i love theyre dynamic it was so amazing seeing kinger wake up in the dark and blah blah sweetness sweetness you've heard a million times before. it was cool okay?
also kinger's better than me, after the 'how your wife kinger?' i wouldve punched dxjgbdkjzmdsagrdhm
the scene of pomni and kinger walking together out of hell was magnificent, no notes.
haha the roles being switched between zooble and caine was funny plus him still talking about nonsense. i hope people do listen to zooble more in the future or in shorts. i hope the relationship zooble has(?) / had(?)/ /wants(?) with caine is more explored bc ough. his [zooble's[ memories may be hazy but she does remeber Caine and want him to notice her mroe despite it. is it really just dissatisfaction with her toy body? or is it a larger knowledge?
bonus - idk im just thinking of zooble [human] chatting and messing with this chatbot/ai caine whilst hacking then gettingsucked in and having it just. not remember. shes good at hacking but not good it couldnt have messed with his memory that much right? plus this shitty body thats never right ughh. shit must suck. i love her so much
i need episode 4 NYOW, actually yelled noo when the ep ended im crying. fuck you jax. but also oh boy jax episode will happen oh boy....
#the amazing digital circus#ramblings#kinger#pomni#gooseworx#the animation was also so great i need to mention oughhh#tadc

You are linked to the stars and beyond. This is an awareness that is being unlocked within you. You are breaking free from the matrix. Take a look around you, observe neutrally what are people placing their focus on? You are in separate realities even if you are next to these people. But you are not separate from them. Notice who is still stuck in the 3D matrix reality of perception, and why are they stuck? Because they are buying into the illusions that they are separate from others and beliefs of duality, and they are living that truth. They feel and see the effects of those truths.
All truths are true. For the individual believing that truth. But that doesn't make it your truth. They are hypnotized and don't understand or remember who they are because they think they are their job title or career. Notice how many people place their focus on money. Money isn't even real. Money means nothing to God. You create it through your own hallucination in this illusionary simulation. You can manifest everything you need and more. You were born to be rich and abundant. There's no Divine Law supporting beliefs of lack and limitation. Source doesn't have ideas of lack and limitation. You are limitless and abundant by nature. You were already born worthy and abundant it's already built into what you are. You are worthy because you exist.
Why would a creator being, you, that is connected to every single being in the Universe, that is everything, that is unlimited need to chase something that's not even real to survive on a planet that's holographic and a dream. Space is an illusion. Time is an illusion. It's ALL within you. There's nothing out there. Stop looking out there. It's all inside you. You are made of complex fields of energy that is constantly changing and shifting moment to moment. You have a new brain and a new body every moment. You are shifting every moment but your thoughts remain similar because you are not reprogramming yourself or maybe you are doing the inner work to reprogram yourself so you are having different thoughts and beliefs. But humans have to let go of the belief that they are the same person that they were yesterday. You are not.
You have shifted billions of times per second. There are infinite realities to experience. You are looking at yourself from billions of points of views. Just choose one you want to experience because you have free will and everything is meaningless. Your beliefs are meaningless. These limiting beliefs keep you in a cage- free yourself. All the downloads I receive come from within me, all the zip files that you need to unlock to discover more about yourself and in this Universe exist already within you. There are programs carried in your DNA that can be triggered and activated by awakenings and once you realize you're multi-dimensional being with other aspects of yourself and that your thoughts, feelings, words and actions affect the entire multiverse because you are the entire Universe you will have another awakening and ego death causing these DNA codes to be triggered and activated. Read that again. You operate much like a computer.
Once more of your DNA codes have been switched on you will have more abilities, more gifts, more downloads, more upgrades, more awareness, and more senses. You're just unlocking doors in the house of your consciousness. By the way, there is not just five senses, they keep going and going. Your multi-dimensional selves are interactive in other realities, far beyond your imagination and comprehension, and so magnificent and beautiful. Every single being on the planet has a connection with e.t.s in other star systems and has lived other lives as an e.t. You can connect with them right now in your heart space, they are always among you, they are always there. They don't have to drop everything they are doing to find you when you call them, you are not bothering them. They are everything, everywhere, and all at once here and now.
There is only ONE moment in time from different perspectives. Time follows thought. You can create the illusion of it speeding up and slowing down but there is only ONE moment you are experiencing in each now moment. Just call on them whenever you want to connect deeper with your galactic family. The same goes for any ascended master or God, Yeshua, the angels or saint, or entity or spirit guides, or your higher self who is also an e.t. they can all connect with you right where you are and they are never too busy to hear you. You also have e.t.s walking among you all the time. You can always tell by how sensitive you are to them by having more awareness. The awareness that you are in more than one reality at a time will become the norm soon. You are moving through dimensional portals all the time, in each breath.
The fifth dimension is not a place you go to, it's a state of mind and you shift to another parallel reality Earth version that's already existing where nothing bad is happening there and everything is fine when you cultivate peace within you and raise your vibration to an already existing reality on that frequency. Of course the opposite is also true, there are planets where they have destroyed themselves and there are no people left, there are Earth versions where the humans left mutated themselves and became what we know as the Greys. There are several different kinds of Greys, not just one but that timeline exists as well, they are mutated humans who used to be just like the asleep humans you know and if you want to head in that direction I don't advise you to shift into that timeline at all because they destroy their planet by becoming soley focused on intellect and technological advancements.
They engineered love out of their lives and viewed spirituality and love as inferior to intellect. They started abducting humans in other dimensions to keep their civilization alive. So that timeline exists and that's where some people are headed completely unaware because they laugh at and mock God and anyone living from their heart space and focus only on work and the living in the 3d matrix. On another note, you are processing information and data about the people you are connected to and next to, you are reading their history and their emotional intelligence in one breath by reading their energy field. You are really that connected to each other. The separation is an illusion. You have parallel, simultaneous lives with them. You share one consciousness but that one consciousness expresses itself in different ways. You are exchanging information with each other through energetic field bubbles. It's all happening on different levels you cannot see.
Many people who wonder why they are stuck and replaying the same 3D game who are asleep in the matrix don't understand that they are living in a state of constant fear and victim mentality in a state of powerlessness which keeps aspects of their DNA codes switched OFF. They would have the information and the awareness they need to ascend and evolve but instead that connection is dormant within them. That fear keeps the DNA from expanding and activating itself. When you are stressed or frustrated or worrying-your codes of the DNA shut down and switch off, so it's very important to remember that fear is an illusion and it doesn't serve you to worry about anything. Remember that relief has to find you at some point when you need it, it will. But only if you accept the situation or circumstance for what it is, see the situation neutrally, releasing resistance, letting and allowing relief and help to find you so that you don't have to feel worried anymore.
I have shared many truths with you tonight which we all have access to and I hope that they help activate some of the codes within your DNA so that you can have many more awakenings and become more limitless and break free from this so called matrix. Question everything. Relax. It's not that serious. It's all an illusion. It doesn't matter what you choose to do it matters how you choose it by being your natural, authentic self, just do what feels natural to you with this information. It can be nothing. Remember who you are. You are unconditional love, you are an aspect of source, you are the entire Universe, you are an extraterrestrial, multidimensional being pretending to be a terrestrial human. I love you.

Hi! How are you? I hope you're having an amazing day. I found your blog this morning and i resonate with you so much! I agree with everything you said. I never really agreed with the other nd bloggers' teachings because I've always had the same perspective as you! But unfortunately, i wasn't brave enough to trust myself and follow my beliefs, so for a long time up until now I've been forcing myself to get the mindset "everything is an illusion, nothing exists, everything is meaningless". To be honest, i didn't want to view the illusionary world that way, but i thought that that's the only truth and the only right way. What i wanted was to make my human experience as beautiful as possible and enjoy it, while knowing my true nature. But according to that mindset "there is not a human experience, there is nothing to make beautiful, just be, blah blah blah" I WAS FEELING SICK OMGJSJD
Anyway, thank you for creating this blog and for not being afraid to stand up for your beliefs even though everybody else is saying that they are limiting or wrong. I read your replies to those people and i think you handled the situation so maturely. I hope that people learn to respect others' views, instead of thinking that any opinion which doesn't match with theirs is wrong and feeling the need to correct it. "This isn't what nd/av is about", i though that nd is just a concept and it doesn't exist...?
Always be brave enough to trust yourself, love.
Stay true to what feels right deep in your heart.
You never ever have to force yourself into a mindset that makes you feel uncomfortable and most especially when it doesn't resonate with you.
I'm so incredibly glad and relieved that you understand where I am coming from.
I want to share that I agree completely with everything you said. The sheer lack of respect and acceptance for other unique views is insane.
It's such a breath of fresh air to hear that we share the exact same perspective.
This physical experience as God in human form is such a damn beautiful gift, you know?
Awareness manifested itself into human form and the entire physical experience in order to embrace and enjoy the absolute magnificent beauty of this whole entire human experience which is filled with so much deep meaning and valuable moments to treasure. I just don't understand why it is the end of the world because I simply wish to acknowledge the human experience and all of its divinely crafted beauty. The human form and this whole human experience in its entirety is a beautiful manifestation in itself. The illusions here are that there's no objective physical world here and the deceptive appearance of separation among everyone. It's all from the boundless divinity of awareness.
I choose to enjoy my own life while knowing my true self and boundless nature as the divine source of everything in human existence. I strongly believe in having a delicate balance between enjoying the human aspects of myself while identifying with my true self as awareness. This would allow one to live with endless freedom, empowerment, liberation, and inner peace without feeling the need to deny their human forms and the whole human experience.
You should do the very same if that's what truly resonates with you and speaks to your heart. Always listen to your heart and what feels right to you.
It will never steer you wrong and allow you to live an incredibly beautiful life aligned with your personal beliefs and values.
You keep your head held high even when the whole world is against your views and you make the most damn beautiful beautiful human experience ever.
Thank you so very much for your kind words and appreciation. I wish you so much love and happiness on your own spiritual path. 🖤

So... RTD literally had everything in hand to make an original and magnificent 60th anniversary paying homage both to the original series / the first Doctor, and to its first 4 seasons which took place between 2005 and 2008 which it achieved, by bringing back Tentoo (because sorry, that was the most logical thing to do) and also the Toymaker.
Aslo, why not even bring back Martha ?! Since the characters were literally there where she was supposed to work in episode 3...
But no, instead, we were treated to essentially the same scenario as in 2008 but less good and messier with less meaning...
I understand the principle of wanting to show that the Doctor can finally be happy ! It is my dream that the Time Lord Doctor realizes that despite his immortality he can enjoy the time he has with the people he loves and rest, since yes, he seemed tired of traveling during the 12th and 13th incarnation even loving it.
But to have that, there would need to be an ending, except that the whole principle of the character is that the Doctor's story cannot end. (The principle of the series with regeneration for changes of actors is designed to keep it going as long as possible... It's also the livelihood of the BBC channel. Without this series, it's a bit like shit for them. So obviously, they'll make it last as long as they can. Even more so now that the Doctor's origins have been changed, so no more limits in terms of regeneration. They can keep Doctor Who forever if they want !)
RTD tries to make what we see as an end for the Doctor sound. Except that things get stuck because we still have the 15th who is going to lead the same life as before ! Emotional openness in addition to winning at least, that's something.
So no, there is no end for the Doctor. Just an alternative version that finally arises.
Except that we already had this scenario with Tentoo in 2008 and done better because he was at least human. 14 is still a Time Lord with a long life (Can he still be immortal ? Or since he had a bigeneration instead of a normal regeneration, he will no longer be able to regenerate and once the time of the 14th incarnation has passed he will simply disappear ? We don't know !), and is just another version of the Doctor. Not only this type of ending, where the Doctor, despite the nature of his species, agrees to be open about his emotions and take advantage of the time he has with those close to him, can't work with another Doctor doing what he's always done. So there is no real rest. But also with the existence of Tentoo in another universe, the scenario is redundant and has no real impact ! (Whether David Tennant plays the role of the 14th Doctor or not)
This scenario is therefore unnecessary.
Tentoo is literally the only Doctor who has had it all. He is human. He has the ultimate adventure that the Doctor will never experience. Not even 14. Beyond that, Tentoo was planned from season 1. The natural culmination of the 9th and 10th Doctor arc. So bringing him back for the end of the 2005 series would have made complete sense and much more strength. It was a chance to remind the public that yes, Tentoo is the Doctor. And it would have worked much better, knowing that in any case, the Doctor's story must continue. What's better than showing that the most sincere version of the Doctor has a fucking happy life ?! The only adventure that the other will never have ?! Can you imagine ending up there ?! How good would that have been ?! Rather than having a separate version of the Doctor again ?! Still played by David Tennant in addition, to make it very redundant...

Almost there, folks: we're within 24 hours from TotK launch for much of the world.
Long post under the cut about Ganondorf thoughts in general.
I got into Legend of Zelda as a very small kiddo, way back when it first showed up in the United States on the NES. The limited lore was fine and good, the graphics were on par with everything else at the time, but it was the music that sucked me right in. I'd pop the cartridge in and launch the game just to listen to the theme during the opening scroll.
Zelda 2 was odd and I mostly ignored it. When A Link to the Past came out on the SNES, the enhanced graphics and music was breathtaking, and the story was vast and engaging. There was lore, and it was perfect for picking apart and analyzing. I cared about Link, the fate of Hyrule, and all the NPCs we met along the way. To this day, the epilogue music to ALLttP and the end credits still never fails to make me cry.
I was in my mid teens when Ocarina of Time came out. Subscribed to Nintendo Power Magazine by then, I was all in on the hype. The power of the N64! The first 3D Zelda game! A beefy and hot adult Link! After the launch of the game was delayed by a year, the excitement to play this game was intense.
It did not disappoint. While A Link to the Past was an excellent adventure, Ocarina of Time presented a version of Hyrule in which I genuinely enjoyed simply spending time. It was beautiful and immersive. It was the first atmospheric digital space that I'd seek out when I wanted to relax and watch the sun rise or set. It was the first of it's kind, and it was no surprise when years later, MMOs began rolling out with gorgeous skyboxes and scenery, as digital places for players to escape to. That was Hyrule for me. I already enjoyed it as a fictional kingdom through prior games (and the cartoon series, lol), but OoT solidified it as a beautiful place that I fell in love with.
So I could see why and how the antagonist of the series wanted lay claim to it so badly; it's a desirable, magnificent environment.
The reveal in A Link to the Past that Ganon--the very same baddie from the first game--was pulling the strings the whole time was pretty cool, as well as all the lore about the Golden Goddesses, the Triforce, Ganon's influence over the Dark World, etc. One of the Seven Maidens even mentioned Ganondorf by name, and briefly talked about Ganon's origin story as the guy who found the Triforce, after so many others had failed and all the wars and bloodshed over this mystical, legendary artifact. It was only a few lines, but it was so interesting, and felt like it was only scratching the surface of a much deeper history.
When Ocarina of Time came out, it was so light and fluffy running around as a child in Kokiri Forest until the Great Deku Tree revealed that he'd been cursed and was going to die. He launched into the history of the creation of Hyrule that aligned to lore from A Link to the Past, with music that harkened back to that game. It was a powerful shot of nostalgia.
Then the antagonist--the villain who would eventually find the Triforce--galloped across the screen, backlit by flames. He was big, he was mean, and he was going to appear centuries later in a new form as Ganon. I sort of knew where this was going because I'd played A Link to the Past, and now we got to see the man himself, when he was still a human.
I was instantly fascinated.
Later in the game, it's revealed that he was also a king, and--in a wild choice by Nintendo--depicted as a very rare cis male within his otherwise all-AFAB population of desert warrior people. A big fan of warrior woman archetypes in general, this was also of interest. The whole sociological implications of the, say, constrained demographics within Gerudo society was also an interesting thought experiment.
Ganondorf was such a cocky, arrogant bastard, though. During his seven-year reign, he seemed to squander Hyrule's bounty. He appeared selfish and unconcerned with his people. Although his unexplored backstory to his people and his connection to the Triforce were interesting, he was canonically a pretty terrible person.
Not long after Ocarina of Time came out, I used to frame Ganondorf as he was presented in the game: arrogant, conniving, and cruel.
This made me nervous for the Gerudo, who were in the challenging position of being expected to follow such a difficult person, who also happened to be their king. By extension, it felt like a setup for extremely toxic dynamics, and that did not sit right with me at all. So the mental fanon shifted to him just being uncaring and indifferent about everyone around him, and his quest for power was so all-consuming that he distanced himself from his people, anyway.
This still wasn’t the kind of person I wanted to give space to in my mind. The Gerudo deserved better, and surely they would take great care to raise their prince well, to help ensure their future king was aligned to their values and mores. His people would naturally care about him, and he would ideally reciprocate that to some degree.
Though he had the capacity for cruelty, he was no longer a fundamentally cruel person in my headcanon. “Conniving” evolved into “political” as required, and only a fraction of his original arrogance remained.
Then Wind Waker happened.
Those established headcanons aligned to the more mature, patient, world-weary version of Ganondorf we saw in Wind Waker; he was like who I'd constructed in my head, but even more so. This version was a man who'd suffered defeat and was imprisoned in a world in which he was forced to live with the consequences of his actions. The Hyrule he sought after--the same Hyrule players like myself fondly remember and loved--was maddeningly just outside of his reach. I found myself empathizing because I too, ached to restore the old world to its former glory.
Then, in his famous monologue at the end of the game, how he had sought out the comforts of Hyrule to escape the harsh environment of his home... How he had the names of his adopted mothers engraved onto his swords... Both revelations hit me hard.
For those of us who who wanted to believe that there was more complexity--and humanity--to Ganondorf than what we saw in Ocarina of Time, the reaction to the glimpses we saw in WW Ganondorf was like:
So now we are at the eve of Tears of the Kingdom launch. Will this Ganondorf be the most heartless version we’ve seen yet, or will he have complexity?
In Breath of the Wild, Calamity Ganon had killed Urbosa (a Gerudo Chief skilled with lightning, who was likely his distant descendant) in a very nasty reflection of her specific fighting style (sword, shield, and electricity), and then intimidated Gerudo Town through the possession of a Giant Mechanical Lightning Camel named after a woman he had once personally known, who had famously opposed him ages and ages ago, and because of that rebellion is still remembered as a heroine to the Gerudo.
Clearly his relationship with the Gerudo is going to be severely complicated, at best.
I am curious and actually very nervous about how Ganondorf interacts with the Gerudo in Tears of the Kingdom, if he actually does so at all.

Twenty Questions for Fic Writers
Thanks for the tags y'all! @mistresslrigtar @zeldadiarist @ladyhoneydee y'all go read their stuff it's so good
1. How many works do you have on AO3?
Just 8, but it's about to increase! ;)
2. What's your total AO3 word count?
58,767!
3. What fandoms do you write for?
Legend of Zelda - All BOTW so far. I have some ideas for other Zelda games but they remain as ideas for now.
I also have a short Marvel story from my Steve/Bucky days circa 2013.
4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
Shadows - An Epistolary Poem from Steve Rogers to Bucky Barnes
Is that a yes? (Zelink oneshot, NSFW)
That child of mine (my beloved longfic - I promise I'm coming back to this story soon! I miss it so much)
Silk and moonlight (with art from the magnificent @bahbahhh)
A chance encounter at the blood clinic (modern Zelink au that is very silly but you gotta be ok with blood donation)
5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
Absolutely! I am a sucker for attention and I love talking about stories with people.
6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
Oh DEFINITELY That child of mine. It's not even finished yet but there is some goooood angst coming, and I already know how it's going to end (I've actually written a good chunk of the finale already) and it's gonna be heartbreaking.
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
Probably A chance enounter? They get each other's number and the promise of a cute date.
8. Do you get hate on fics?
Nope! I've only gotten some (requested) constructive criticism. I do have a fic planned that I anticipate being kinda contentious? But I'm already planning on limiting comments on that one lol.
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
Yee! I've never written anything hardcore but I do really like writing and reading sexy scenes. I'm not much of a PWP kind of person (give me all of the emotional context) but I'm a big believer that sex and intimacy are fundamentally human experiences and can serve a story in so many beautiful and interesting ways.
10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?
I continue to chip away at my Deep Space 9/TotK crossover idea. It's gonna happen one day... maybe...
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Not to my knowledge!
12. Have you ever had a fic translated?
Nope, but maybe I'll try re-writing one of my stories in French sometime as a project.
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
No but I would LOVE to. The closest is when B and I collaborated and I wrote a story and she did the art.
14. What's your all-time favorite ship?
Zelink, definitely. People whose souls are inextricably bound to one another and keep finding each other, lifetime after lifetime? That's the good shit right there. Obsessed.
15. What's a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?
The story that walked into my head that made me start writing. It's a crazy ambitious story - Basic premise is that instead of the Sheikah technology being banned by the ancient king, the Sheikah themselves were banished from the lands of Hyrule. In the interim, Hyrule has been through many wars, dynasties and factions have all risen and fallen, and the bloodline of the Goddess has been forgotten. No one remembers any of the old stories. Zelda is a farm girl training to become a healer like her mother, Link is the son of the king who won the throne after lead a successful campaign against the Zora, and into all of this comes a young Impa, drawn back to Hyrule after thousands of years away, tormented by visions of calamity, a prophecy her people have passed down for millenia, knowing that Hylia would recall them to the land of their ancestors when the time was right. It's anti-monarchy, it's about climate change, it's about falling in love and renouncing power in order to fulfill a greater purpose, it's about knowing yourself, it's about righting ancestral wrongs, and I do not think it will ever be finished but I do like to come back to it every once in a while.
16. What are your writing strengths?
Coming up with interesting concepts!
17. What are your writing weaknesses?
Executing interesting concepts?
But in all seriousness, I know I still have a lot to learn as a writer. I'm overly descriptive, I have long run-on sentences, dialogue tags are my nemesis, and I struggle to write with real depth of character.
I do think I'm a good storyteller. I am just still honing those skills.
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
I think it's great! I am obsessed with conlangs - I think they're so fucking cool. For writing in existing languages, as long as you're familiar with the language, or getting someone to look it over and not just running things through google translate, I think that's wonderful.
19. First fandom you wrote for?
Captain America.
20. Favorite fic you've ever written?
That child of mine my beloved
This was really fun, thanks y'all!
Tagging @louwhose @newtsnaturethings @wanderingnightingale and @bahbahhh ! I'm sure y'all have already been tagged but add me to the pile of fans who want to hear more about your work :D

What Love Says… Believe
Roaming within you what beliefs are there? Are the beliefs within fixed or are they adaptable? Are you exploring unlimited potential as you consciously check your beliefs in the present?
What you see, feel, express and create are funnelled through beliefs you currently embrace. Literally in life you see what you believe. Really look at what you believe.
With loving conscious awareness moment by moment you can choose to examine your beliefs and choose to create new beliefs that assist your growth. Simply inner-stand why a specific limiting belief is roaming within.
You choose whether or not to give power to any belief you hold within. In the moment a belief arises in an experience you chose remember to question that belief. Perhaps the belief is old and is not longer for your benefit.
If the belief feels limiting be aware of this and shift the energy to a new belief which brings joy and excitement inspiring you to create a new way to be.
Life is full of choices, possibilities, unlimited potentials and with conscious awareness you can navigate and create a full life becoming present to the love that is you.
This moment is a magnificent moment in which you lovingly, bravely, passionately, excitedly explore your inner self and all of your beliefs as you flow through life as it is and as you create it.
Remember, you see what you believe. Hop-to-it and check your beliefs. Oodles of love!

How Einstein saw the Universe...
"From the age of twelve I began to suspect authority and distrust teachers. I learned mostly at home, first from my uncle and then from a student who came to eat with us once a week. He would give me books on physics and astronomy.
The more I read, the more puzzled I was by the order of the universe and the disorder of the human mind, by the scientists who didn’t agree on the how, the when, or the why of creation.
Then one day this student brought me Kant’s Critique of Pure Reason. Reading Kant, I began to suspect everything I was taught. I no longer believed in the known God of the Bible, but rather in the mysterious God expressed in nature.
The basic laws of the Universe are simple, but because our senses are limited, we can’t grasp them. There is a pattern in creation.
If we look at this tree outside whose roots search beneath the pavement for water, or a flower which sends its sweet smell to the pollinating bees, or even our own selves and the inner forces that drive us to act, we can see that we all dance to a mysterious tune, and the piper who plays this melody from an inscrutable distance—whatever name we give him—Creative Force, or God—escapes all book knowledge.
I like to experience the Universe as one harmonious whole. Every cell has life. Matter, too, has life; it is energy solidified. The tree outside is life, a statue is dead. The whole of Nature is life, and life, as I observe it, rejects a God resembling man.
Man has infinite dimensions and finds God in his conscience. [A cosmic religion] has no dogma other than teaching man that the Universe is rational and that his highest destiny is to ponder it and co-create with its laws.
The genuine scientist is not moved by praise or blame, nor does he preach. He unveils the universe and people come eagerly, without being pushed, to behold a new revelation: the order, the harmony, the magnificence of creation!
If we want to improve the world we cannot do it with scientific knowledge but with ideals. Confucius, Buddha, Jesus and Gandhi have done more for humanity than science has done. We must begin with the heart of man—with his conscience—and the values of conscience can only be manifested by selfless service to mankind.
Religion and science go together. As I’ve said before, science without religion is lame and religion without science is blind. They are interdependent and have a common goal—the search for truth."
~Albert Einstein

In Bhagavad Gita 11.6, Krishna describes his vishwaroop as never revealed before. Why?
In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna describes his Vishvaroop, or universal form, to Arjuna. He says that this form has never been revealed before, and that it is too great for Arjuna to see with his ordinary eyes.
There are a few reasons why Krishna might have said this. First, the Vishvaroop is a manifestation of Krishna's divine power and glory. It is so vast and awe-inspiring that it would be impossible for Arjuna to see it with his ordinary eyes.
Second, the Vishvaroop is a symbolic representation of the entire universe. It contains all of the different forms and energies that make up the world. Arjuna would not be able to understand this if he saw it with his ordinary eyes.
Third, the Vishvaroop is a reminder of Krishna's divinity. It shows Arjuna that Krishna is not just a human being, but the Supreme Being. This knowledge can help Arjuna to overcome his doubts and fears, and to fight in the battle.
The Vishvaroop is a powerful and transformative experience for Arjuna. It helps him to see the world in a new way, and to understand his place in it. It also gives him the strength to face the challenges that lie ahead.
"Never before has this form of mine been seen by anyone, not by the gods, the demons, or the ancestors. Behold now my supreme universal form, O Arjuna!" (Bhagavad Gita 11.6)
In Chapter 11, Verse 6 of the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna reveals His universal form (vishvarupa) to Arjuna in a magnificent and awe-inspiring display of His divine power and glory. This revelation is significant for several reasons:
1. Divine Confirmation: Lord Krishna, up to this point in the Gita, has primarily been teaching Arjuna about spiritual principles, duty (dharma), and the nature of the self. The vision of the vishvarupa serves as a divine confirmation of His teachings. Arjuna witnesses the living manifestation of the knowledge Krishna has been imparting.
2. Strengthening Arjuna's Resolve: Arjuna, before the revelation, was filled with doubt and confusion about his duty as a warrior and the righteousness of the battle. Seeing the vishvarupa empowers him with a deeper understanding of Krishna's divinity and strengthens his resolve to fulfill his dharma as a warrior.
3. Revelation of Cosmic Form: The vishvarupa represents the cosmic form of the Supreme Being, displaying the vastness and universality of God. It reveals the interconnectedness of all living beings and the divine order governing the universe.
4. Rare and Unique Experience: Lord Krishna's vishvarupa is described as something never revealed before. It is an extraordinary, once-in-an-eternity display of divine splendor. This uniqueness highlights the unparalleled nature of Krishna's manifestation.
5. Teaching the Limitations of Mortal Vision: The vision of the vishvarupa also teaches the limitations of mortal vision and the inability of human senses to fully comprehend the vastness of the divine. Arjuna realizes that the divine form transcends ordinary perception.
6. Inspiration for Devotees: The vishvarupa serves as an inspiration for devotees to recognize the infinite glory and omnipotence of God. It encourages individuals to surrender to the divine will and seek refuge in the Supreme.
Overall, the revelation of the vishvarupa in Bhagavad Gita 11.6 is a pivotal moment in the text, serving multiple purposes, including confirming Krishna's divinity, strengthening Arjuna's resolve, and providing a profound spiritual experience for both Arjuna and readers of the Gita. It underscores the limitless nature of the Supreme and the transformative power of divine revelation.

Mycolony Talks
by:
> @r41nygh05t
> @heartmirin
1.
From half closed blinds, a glimpse of the dark washed over the afternoon sky; a man returned from work and entered his apartment. He greets his cat Eliza with a gentle scratch under her chin. It was an unusually long day for him, even if he went and came back at the same hours, there was only one thing on his mind.
While the man wasted away at the tech company job during the day, in the privacy of his apartment, he was a citizen scientist, an avid mycologist who loved studying the many complexities of a fungi specimen, and he has just made the discovery of a lifetime.
His project is composed of three parts. A fungus, one he has raised himself in an air-tight plastic container from moldy bread; a sensor detecting electric signals on its hyphae; and a simple computer, converting these electric signals into words with the help of a translation system.
_see
_play
_animal
_time
_become
_part
The computer spat out words in a pulsing rhythm, like a heartbeat. Nonsense words.
Frustrated, the man flipped the switch on the machine. The small ping each time a word appeared made him go crazy. He knew that there was a way it could work. Perhaps the translation was flawed.
The mycologist went over his files again. He had identified a-hundred-and-three distinct electric signals. The rate at which they appeared hinted at their corresponding word in the English language. But something was very off about this speech pattern.
Perhaps, the fungus wasn’t speaking in English sentence structure. Perhaps, it simply needed more finetuning to find the right words. The signals were right, though. He had the groundwork for it.
He grabbed the spray bottle off the desk, along with a rotting piece of cheese he had been keeping in a ziploc bag on his heater. He had been feeding crumbs of it to the organism for the past few weeks, and his work seemed to be paying off. The electric signals had almost doubled in intensity and frequency. Soon enough, he would have to up the amount of UV light he was using. It was a shame there was no sponsor for the work he was doing, since he more than deserved it. If this worked out, which it would, it would revolutionize the world of science forever.
The second week of his experiment was as uneventful as the first, which could be partially blamed on the man’s main job; a job he had resigned from a week before, and would seize working at a week after.
He had developed an algorithm for replacing the words with common nouns, verbs and adjectives in the English language, checking the produced sentences manually.
_in need of relocation.
_trapped space.
_i want food.
The sentences seemed to be making more sense than before, in a strange way. Sure, random chance would allow the machine to occasionally, accidentally, mimic human speech. But there was something more to it.
It seemed like there was an underlying message the fungus was trying to get across. One that was still limited due to the machine’s function, but the mycologist could see intention behind the electric signals.
It was magnificent to watch.
This night, he didn’t turn the machine off. With the rate at which it was producing sentences, a four-hour-sleep would produce enough material for him to skim through on his next work day. The algorithm was working well.
The fungus was growing well over the size of the translucent plastic container, forcing the man to move it to a dry, dusty fish tank lying around.
As the man became more and more invested in the project, Eliza, the cat, wondered why this box of waste sat so close to her owner, let alone the fact that it has been too long without him disposing of it like with all dead things in the apartment, to the smallest things like her hair stuck to the carpet.
So why not this?
But even then, any tasks other than motoring the strange wires and blinding screen had been neglected; the trash bin next to the desk filling nearly to the point of overflow; the feathers on a string, unmoving…
2.
It has been well over a month into his experiment. The once small project sitting on a portion of his desk became the centerpiece of the study corner, with a bright lamp above to keep the mushrooms alive. The size of the murky terrarium grew, but so did the dizzying smell, which spread throughout the enclosed apartment.
Eliza sat in the far corner away from the desk, refusing to even sit near her owner as she slowly lost her appetite to the canned tuna, her favorite delicacy, ruined by the stale poison stench from her owner's favorite dark corner.
The algorithm had adapted to the signals from the fungi excellently, with the size of it growing, they became quicker, more precise in its coding.
The man’s excitement could not be contained, his experiment was proving to be heading towards success. And with all the data extracted from the machine, he will flip the output back into the colony, to turn words into signals they will understand with certainty.
He will attempt to talk to the mushrooms.
>hello.
_yes.
_are you safe?
>yes i am safe.
_okay.
The first results were excellent. With no adjustments at all, the mushrooms were able to respond back concisely. It was a grand development, another step into the future. The problem with studying nonhuman organisms was that we could only guess intent and feeling through outside observation guesses, but with this technology, the man could ask it anything.
It became his life’s work to understand this specimen; every nuance and understanding of it that can be written on his document pages. He will find another intelligent life on earth for the development of science, no matter what it takes.
>do you have a name?
[error: unknown signal]
>i dont understand that.
>can you use something else?
What day is it? For him, it didn’t matter. Every morning he’d make sure to give the fungus on his desk moisture and nutrients, even sharing a portion of his meal.
He had given up in finding a suitably sized container for the ever swelling collective of the mushrooms, instead adapting the environment of his small storage closet and setting the mushrooms there, of course moving his desk, along with the computer and sensors.
>do you like this ham sandwich?
_yes.
_i want more.
>do you know what it is?
_ingestible. it is food.
>it is a meal made with a combination of meat and nutritious plant fibers, surrounded by a mixture of flour, salt and water, heated into a solid form.
_nutrition funneling west growth.
>i love eating with you.
Eliza watched as her owner’s attention to her grew absent. He only sat by the growing rot and staring at the screen, hitting away at the keys and frantically scribbling on the papers and books scattered all over his desk, smiling all the while.
The times of play and cuddling were long past her, even the food given to her slowly stopped, as her owner forgets. She could do nothing but observe, hoping one day it would all return.
>do you know how special you are?
_no.
>you have shown me so much in the months we’ve been talking together. you opened my eyes to the passion i already have, and you have given me a new appreciation for it. i always knew you were intelligent, but you’ve exceeded what i could have ever imagined. i have grown to appreciate you as another intelligent being, and even through this computer algorithm i feel so connected to you. you are just the most wonderful thing. i will make you understand what love is.
_i do not understand.
>i can make you understand.
>trust in me.
The man looked at the thin cat laying in the cat bed, before he got up from his desk and went to the kitchen, strangely coming back with no food in hand.
The man walked up to Eliza.
3.
>can you understand me?
>how do you feel?
_i am hungry.
>no.
>no, you need to answer my questions.
>i have given you all the food you need, everything i had. please just answer me correctly and i will give you what you want.
>hello?
The room is dark, luminated only by the dim computer screen. The apartment reeks of a rotting corpse, yet drowned out by the thick spore fog of bile smell, color and taste. The ceiling unseen through the storm of thick humidity, the carpet sticky and moist from the falling particulates.
The air was barely breathable, yet the man kept sitting there, squinting nervously at the screen, breathing more spore in than exhaling them out. He couldn’t just open the windows. If anyone living nearby caught the smell of it, he would get kicked out of his own place. He couldn’t let that happen. All this work will not be lost to him.
>i’m so sorry.
>you are probably tired of me, i understand.
>i just need someone with me. do you even know how much i care for you?
_i am hungry.
>okay.
>i understand.
>i love you.
The man hobbled inside the storage closet. Its walls lining with the bumpy texture of growing, swelling fungi. He laid down in the pitch black room, letting them embrace him.
Days passed, and the man stayed inside, completely still, remaining patient. He watches lights seeping from the bottom of the door, an orange light, to blue, dimming down to nothingness, again and again.
The pain of hunger stopped. His skin and bones numb, just as he felt the weight of the mushrooms enveloped his body.
Then nothing.
_I love you.
_I love you.
_I love you.
_I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. The Purpose of Creation: Insights from Surah Al-Mulk
In a world brimming with complexity and wonder, one of the most profound questions humanity has asked throughout history is: "Why were we created?" This question touches upon the deepest existential inquiries about our purpose, our reason for existence, and the ultimate goal of life itself. The Qur’an, as a guide for all aspects of human life, provides clarity on this matter. Surah Al-Mulk, the 67th chapter of the Qur’an, offers significant insight into the purpose of creation, helping believers understand their role within the larger context of Allah’s magnificent design.
The Foundation: A Test from Allah Surah Al-Mulk begins with a declaration of Allah’s supreme power and sovereignty: “Blessed is He in Whose hand is the dominion, and He is over all things competent” (67:1). This opening verse sets the tone for the entire surah, highlighting that Allah, the Creator, holds complete control over the universe. The Surah then continues with a pivotal verse that encapsulates the core reason for creation:
“He who created death and life that He may test you [as to] which of you is best in deed — and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving.” (67:2)
This verse provides a clear understanding of the fundamental purpose behind creation: it is a test. Allah created both life and death as part of this divine examination. This life is not a mere accident or a purposeless existence but a temporary stage where human beings are tested on their actions, choices, and faith.
The Nature of the Test The test mentioned in Surah Al-Mulk is not arbitrary; it is aimed at evaluating “which of you is best in deed.” The term “best” (أحسن) indicates that the test is not just about quantity or external actions but about the quality and sincerity of those actions. Allah’s evaluation is based on the inner intentions behind the deeds, not merely on the outward appearance.
This perspective shifts the focus of life from a pursuit of worldly pleasure or success to one that is centered around striving for excellence in conduct, character, and worship. The Surah teaches that human life is an opportunity to demonstrate faith in action — to live righteously, uphold justice, be kind, and strive to fulfill the commands of Allah.
Life as a Temporary Realm Surah Al-Mulk emphasizes the transient nature of this world. By mentioning the creation of both life and death, it reminds us that our time in this life is limited. The verse that follows (67:3) speaks about the perfection of creation, stating:
“[He] who created seven heavens in layers. You do not see any in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return your vision to the sky, do you see any breaks?” (67:3)
Here, the Qur'an contrasts the eternal and flawless design of the universe with the temporal nature of human life. The heavens and the earth, which remain constant and perfect, serve as a reminder that life on Earth is a brief moment, and death is inevitable. The earth itself, with all its bounty and beauty, is merely a temporary dwelling for human beings to experience this test.
By recognizing the fleeting nature of life, Surah Al-Mulk teaches that our actions and decisions here will determine our eternal outcomes. Our deeds are what remain after our time on Earth ends, and that is why the test of life must be approached with seriousness and devotion.
The Role of Reflection and Gratitude Another central lesson from Surah Al-Mulk is the importance of reflection. Allah invites humanity to ponder the signs of creation as evidence of His existence, power, and wisdom. In verses 67:15-17, Allah calls on people to reflect on the natural world and how it functions as a system created by Him:
“He it is who made the earth subservient to you, so traverse in its tracks and partake of the sustenance which He has provided for you.” (67:15)
Reflection upon the natural world encourages us to be grateful for the many blessings we often take for granted, such as the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, and the environment that sustains us. Our lives, along with the entire universe, are interconnected and contingent upon Allah’s mercy. This understanding should lead to a greater sense of gratitude and a recognition that our purpose is not just to live for ourselves but to serve and acknowledge our Creator.
The Consequence of Choices One of the most significant elements of Surah Al-Mulk is the reminder of the consequences that await those who fail to recognize their purpose in life. The Surah contrasts the fate of the believers with that of the disbelievers. While the righteous, who live according to Allah’s guidance, will be rewarded with eternal bliss in Paradise, those who reject the truth face a grim punishment.
“But those who disbelieve will be in Hell, and wretched is the destination.” (67:6)
This depiction of the afterlife reinforces the notion that the test of life has real consequences. It is not a test without stakes, but a profound and significant trial that shapes one's eternal fate. The Qur'an urges believers to reflect on the reality of the afterlife, making it clear that the choices made in this life directly affect the outcome of the next.
Conclusion: Embracing Our Purpose Surah Al-Mulk teaches us that the purpose of creation is deeply intertwined with the idea of being tested in this world. Life and death are not merely natural occurrences but are part of a greater plan designed by Allah to assess the quality of our deeds and our commitment to fulfilling His commands. The Surah encourages believers to reflect on the greatness of creation, recognize the transient nature of life, be grateful for Allah’s mercy, and act righteously.
Ultimately, the purpose of life is not to seek fleeting pleasures or material success, but to live with a consciousness of our Creator, striving to fulfill the test set before us with sincerity, humility, and devotion. This understanding provides clarity and direction in a world that often seems overwhelming or confusing. In the light of Surah Al-Mulk, we are reminded that our lives have purpose, and our actions have eternal significance.

Transcending Teachers:
▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎
{ @consciousnessbaddie and I came up with this revolutionary idea for a post together. We both wanted to share our own perspectives. }
■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■
I want to say that the goal of everyone here should be to transcend above all teachers and gurus and evolve on your own journey of true self-realization.
We, along with everything else, are all completely one and united as consciousness. Why are you placing the teachings from other teachers and gurus upon a pedestal above you? Everyone here is meant to evolve and transcend as conscious creators.
We all discovered the law of consciousness from the source of Neville Goddard after he learned of his power from his mentor Abdullah.
I have seen too many people in this community who have Neville Goddard held on a high pedestal, and he is treated as if he is the all-knowing God who knows all the answers to everything.
Why are you choosing to worship Neville when his only role to play out was to help you awaken to your very own power? Realize that he came into your life and lead you to the law of consciousness because you were ready to discover your true self and awaken to your power.
Neville started out with a lot of limiting beliefs in his own journey, and he evolved out of that state of mind after experiencing the promise. His beliefs then shifted, and he drastically evolved in his teachings after his awakening from the promise.
Throughout all of his teachings, Neville only intended for you to realize that you truly are the God of your own reality, so you could simply evolve on your spiritual journey, transform your mindset, and become the master of your own experiences as the operant power.
You and you alone are the master of your own reality. Not Neville, or any other teacher of guru. This journey of your spiritual awakening to your power is entirely all about you and nobody else.
Be your own teacher and master of your reality. Dare to embrace your own power as the creator of your reality with an attitude of self-confidence from knowing who you truly are and the omnipotent power you embody. Choose to live by faith in yourself as the one and only master because at the end of the night, you are the only one who holds the power to alter your whole entire reality into whatever you desire to experience.
My main objective here is to help everyone realize who the hell they are and the infinite, omnipotent power of your entire true nature as awareness. The end goal here is for you to completely transcend all teachers and gurus and become the master of your own destiny. You are the only one who is in complete control of every little aspect of your reality.
Embrace the power you already have within you with confidence in yourself and choose to take control of your own experiences.
You are the same source of infinite awareness that manifested our human forms and this whole entire glorious universe. Your unlimited power has never ever been a damn joke. Do you realize this?
You embody true infinite power at your deepest core. Awake from the dream and realize that infinite power is what you truly are.
Why the hell are you giving your power away to other teachers, gurus, or manifestation mentors? This journey is quite simply all about you, not them.
Speaking of turning to others, throughout your spiritual awakening, you can absolutely be sure to find yourself in everyone around you since we are all one awareness. The one and only purpose of all these wise teachers and gurus that you repeatedly give your power away to is to help you awaken from the deep slumber of the lies you have been fed your whole entire life and realize your very own innate power as the master of your reality.
Everybody's journey of self-discovery and mastering your true magnificent power is completely different from the other. Everyone is on their own path.
You should never have any teacher, guru, or manifestation mentor on a pedestal above you because that simply means to give your own power away to those who have already their spiritual awakening. Now, it's your turn to completely empower yourself and step into the spotlight in order to transform yourself into the confident manifesting master that you were born to be.
You are much more capable of absolute greatness than you could ever possibly realize. The human mind cannot even fathom how magnificent and infinite you truly are as awareness.
You are the absolute embodiment of magnificent, limitless power. *You are power.*
All these teachers and gurus embody the same innate power as you do. The only difference is your false perception of yourself and your abilities from the mindset of victimhood. That's where your self-concept comes to play in. That's why you doubt yourself and your own power.
{Absolutely no more victim mentality is allowed when you discover how powerful and incredible you are as consciousness.}
Take all these teachers, gurus, and manifestation mentors down from the pedestal and revalue yourself and your own abilities as an omnipotent creator. March to the beat of your own drum and take what resonates with you. Be your own master.
There is absolutely no flicker of any power outside of your true nature as awareness. All is shaped by consciousness.
We are all the ultimate creators and masters of our own realities having different experiences, and so we are on our own path of learning how to master our lives. We are now experiencing our own versions of our spiritual awakening at the same time.
Nobody else can tell you how to experience your own journey of spiritual awakening or what path you are to be taking. This is all for you to figure out for yourself, and you are more than capable.
Trust your yourself, trust your judgment, and take your own hand as you walk your path. This is a such beautiful, individualized journey of awakening and self-realization. Your spiritual awakening is meant to free you from the chains and empower you as the creator of your own reality.
You are absolutely limitless and all-powerful. Be confident in yourself and realize that you can experience absolutely anything that you desire. Absolutely nothing is off-limits for you as the one and only operant power.
Transform yourselves and dare to have faith in your own abilities. You will simply be amazed at what you are truly capable of, and that is only the beginning of a beautiful awakening. You are the God of your own reality. Do you hear me? You are infinite, omnipotent, and all-powerful. Evolve from your favorite teachers and gurus and rise above what you already know.
Be your own teacher. Be your own guru. Be your own master and take charge of your own experiences as the operant power.
This journey is simply about you: not Neville, not your favorite blogger, not your favorite teacher, not your favorite guru - this is all about you.
Allow yourself to blossom and flourish.
Evolve and transcend.
